CASSALTA SICILIANA 
2 lb. Ricotta
1 c. sugar
1 tsp. vanilla
1/4 c. creme de cacao, white
1/2 c. mini chocolate chips
3 pkg. lady fingers
1 springform cake pan

Combine Ricotta, sugar, vanilla and creme in mixer; mix for 10 minutes at medium speed. Stir in chocolate chips. Line cake pan with lady fingers, sides and bottom. Pour half of chocolate cheese filling into pan and level out. Cover filling with lady fingers and pour in the remaining filling, followed by another layer of lady fingers. Refrigerate. Remove from pan before serving.
