SAUERKRAUT CASSEROLE | |
8 slices bacon, cut up & fry crisp, drain off fat 1/3 c. onions, chopped 1 (1 lb.) can tomatoes, chopped 1 c. brown sugar Mix all the above ingredients together and simmer for 15 to 20 minutes. Drain 1 pound can sauerkraut and put in to long casserole dish. Add sauce. Bake at 350 degrees for 20 minutes. 4 servings. |
