1 lb. cream cheese
1/2 c. sugar
2 eggs
1 tsp. vanilla
Vanilla wafers

Use foil cup cake papers the size of vanilla wafers. Mix first four ingredients. Put wafer in bottom of foil paper cup. Fill halfway up with cream cheese mixture.

Bake at 375 degrees for 10 minutes. Cool. Top with pie filling, your choice.

Foil papers can be purchased in party supply stores.
