CHOCOLATE CREAM DESSERT 
1 c. chopped walnuts
1 c. flour
1 stick butter

Blend together the first 3 ingredients, and spread in 9 x 13 inch pan. Bake at 350 degrees for 25 minutes, then cool completely.

3 c. Cool Whip
1 c. confectioners' sugar
1 (8 oz.) pkg. cream cheese

For 2nd layer - beat together next 3 ingredients and spread over crust.

1 pkg. instant chocolate pudding
1 pkg. instant vanilla pudding
2 c. milk

For 3rd layer - beat puddings and milk until thick and spread over layers.

3 c. Cool Whip
Chocolate shavings
Sprinkle of chopped nuts

Top with remaining Cool Whip and sprinkle chocolate shavings and chopped nuts over the top to decorate.
