JELLO PASTEL COOKIES 
2 3/4 c. flour
1 tsp. baking powder
1 tsp. salt
1 c. butter
1 (3 oz.) pkg. Jello, any flavor
1/2 c. sugar
2 eggs
1 tsp. vanilla
1/2 tsp. almond extract
1/2 c. milk

Sift flour with soda and salt. Cream butter until soft. Gradually add Jello and sugar, creaming until light and fluffy. Add eggs, one at a time beating well after each addition. Stir in flavorings. Add flour mixture, alternating with milk a small amount at a time. Drop by (little) spoonfuls (batter will expand) onto ungreased cookie sheets. Bake at 375 degrees for 10 minutes. (do not over cook, bottoms will be slightly golden).
