ZUCCHINI QUICHE 
3 c. thinly sliced zucchini
1/2 c. chopped onion
2 tbsp. snipped parsley
1 clove garlic, chopped
1/2 c. vegetable oil
4 eggs, slightly beaten
1 c. Bisquick
1/2 c. grated Parmesan cheese
1/2 tsp. salt
1/2 tsp. seasoned salt
1/2 tsp. marjoram or oregano
Dash of pepper

Mix ingredients well. Pour into a greased 9 x 13 inch pan. Bake at 350 degrees for 25 minutes. Let stand a few minutes. Serve hot or cooled.
