2 cups mixed berries
1 tsp. honey
1 tsp. confectioners' sugar
1 tsp. lemon juice
whipped cream topping (optional)

Place berries in blender puree for 10 seconds, Slowly mix in honey and lemon juice. Stir confectioners' sugar into the mixture until it dissolves. Chill mixture overnight for best taste.

Serve over ice cream, fresh berries or cake (with whipped cream for best taste).
