SANDY'S ORIENTAL COLESLAW 
1 lb. finely shredded cabbage
3 or 4 slices green onions (tops included)
1/2 c. vegetable oil
1 tsp. sugar
1 pkg. (3 oz.) Ramen Oriental Noodles
1 c. sliced toasted almonds

Combine cabbage and onions in a large bowl. In a small bowl, combine sugar, oil, and Ramen seasoning mix. Beat until sugar is dissolved. Pour over cabbage mixture. Refrigerate for 1 to 2 hours. Shortly before serving, break up noodles in small pieces and add; then add almonds and toss gently.
