CARAMEL ICE CREAM DESSERT 
1/2 c. oatmeal
1/2 c. brown sugar
2 c. flour
1 c. chopped pecans
Pinch salt
2 sticks butter, melted

Mix as for cookie dough and press on 10 x 15 inch cookie sheet. Bake 15 minutes at 400 degrees. Cool and crumble with fork or hands. Spray a 9 x 13 inch pan with Pam. Put 1/2 of the crumbs on bottom, drizzle 1 jar caramel ice cream topping over crumbs. Put 1/2 gallon vanilla ice over top. Put remaining crumbs on ice cream and drizzle another jar of caramel ice cream topping over. Set level and freeze.
