CARAMEL BROWNIES 
1 box German chocolate cake mix
2/3 c. evaporated milk
14 oz. caramels
6 oz. chocolate chips
1 1/2 c. nuts
1 stick butter, melted

Oven 350 degrees. Mix 1/3 cup evaporated milk, butter and cake mix. Press into greased 13 x 9 pan. Bake for 6 minutes or until almost done. Melt caramels with 1/3 cup evaporated milk. Sprinkle chocolate chips and 1 cup nuts over brownies. Cover with caramel. Top with remaining nuts. Bake about 20 minutes.
