JELLO CAKE 
1 box Duncan Hines white cake mix
1 pkg. lemon Jello
3/4 c. apricot nectar
3/4 c. Mazola oil
4 eggs
1 tsp. lemon extract
1 tsp. vanilla
1 c. powdered sugar
Juice of 1 lemon

In a large bowl, combine cake mix, Jello, apricot nectar and oil. Beat in the eggs, one at a time. Add lemon extract and vanilla. Grease and flour bundt pan. Pour batter in pan and bake at 350 degrees for 45 minutes. While cake is still hot, spread on topping made of 1 cup powdered sugar and the juice of one lemon. Let cake cook before cutting.
