BANANA CREAM CHEESECAKE 
1 pkg. Duncan Hines banana cake mix
4 eggs
3 tbsp. oil
1/3 c. plus 1/2 c. packed brown sugar
1 med. banana, peeled and sliced
2 pkgs. (8 oz. each) cream cheese (softened)
1 1/2 c. milk
2 tbsp. lemon juice
1 carton Cool Whip

Reserve 1 cup of dry cake mix, 1 egg, oil and 1/3 cup brown sugar in a large bowl (mixture will be crumbly). Press crust mixture in bottom of 9x13 greased pan. Arrange banana slices on crust.

In same bowl, blend cream cheese with 1/2 cup brown sugar. Add 3 eggs and reserved cake mix; beat 1 minute at medium speed. At low speed, slowly add milk and lemon juice; mix until smooth. Pour into crust.

Bake at 300 degrees for 45 to 55 minutes or until center is firm. When cool, spread Cool Whip over cheesecake; chill before serving.
