CHEESY SAUSAGE QUICHE 
3/4 lb. pork sausage links
1/2 c. onion, thinly sliced
1/3 c. green pepper, chopped
1 tbsp. flour
1 1/2 c. sharp Cheddar cheese, grated
1 pie shell
2 eggs, beaten
1 c. evaporated milk
1 tbsp. parsley flakes
1/4 tsp. pepper
3/4 tsp. seasoned salt
1/4 tsp. garlic salt

Preheat oven to 375. Fry sausage, drain, reserving 2 tablespoons grease. Saute onion, pepper in fat 2-3 minutes. Slice sausage.

Combine cheese and flour. Stir sausage, green pepper and onions together. Spread in shell. Mix remaining ingredients and pour over mixture in bottom of shell. Bake 35-40 minutes until filling is set. Serves 6.
