APPLE SAUCE 
8-10 apples
1/2 c. water
2/3 c. sugar
4 whole cloves
Ginger, nutmeg Cinnamon

Peel and cut apples. Put them in a crock pot. Add water, sugar, cloves and use ginger, nutmeg and cinnamon to your taste.

Set crock pot on high for about 1 1/2 hours. Then turn it to low for about the same amount of time or until the apples are very soft. Put it in a food processor. Process until desired consistency. Cool before freezing in plastic bags.
