BLENDER APPLE SAUCE 
4 firm apples
1/4 c. water or orange juice
1/4 c. sugar
1/8 tsp. cinnamon

Wash, core and cut apples into eighths. Do not peel! Soak wedges in cold water with 1 teaspoon salt for 10 minutes. Drain. Put 1/4 cup juice or water in blender and add wedges slowly. Add sugar and cinnamon; reblend. Chill. Serve 4. Full of vitamins and delicious!
