Duncan Hines Lemon Supreme cake mix
1 egg
1 stick butter, softened

Cream together (may have to mix by hand). Press in greased pan 9 x 13 inches.

TOP WITH:

1 lg. cream cheese
1 box confectioners' sugar
2 eggs
1 tsp. lemon extract

Beat 5 minutes. Pour on top of cake mix. Bake for 25 to 30 minutes at 350 degrees. Sprinkle with confectioners' sugar while still hot. Let cool completely before serving.
