PASTA SALAD 
1 (8 oz.) pkg. spaghetti
1 (10 oz.) pkg. frozen broccoli, thawed and chopped (do not cook)
1/2 c. finely chopped fresh parsley
1/2 c. sliced green onions
1/2 c. sauteed sliced mushrooms
1 c. diced tomatoes
1/2 c. diced black olives
2 tbsp. chopped basil (fresh, if possible)
1/2 c. grated Parmesan cheese
1/4 tsp. white pepper
1/4 tsp. ground nutmeg
1 1/2 tsp. salt (optional)
1/2 c. bottled Italian zesty type dressing

Cook spaghetti according to package directions, drain well. Combine spaghetti with balance of ingredients and mix thoroughly. Serve as desired at room temperature or chilled. (Chilled about 2 to 3 hours, mix in dressing is really best.) Makes 4 healthy servings.
