PASTA FAGIOLI SOUP | |
1/4 c. butter 2 tbsp. flour 1 c. milk 3 cans chicken broth 3 cans water 1/4 c. dry white wine 2 cloves minced garlic 1/2 tsp. dried basil leaves 1 tsp. dried oregano 1/2 box thin noodles 2 cans white kidney beans Make white sauce with 1/4 cup butter, 2 tbsp. flour and 1 cup milk. Add 3 cans chicken broth with 3 cans water, 1/4 cup dry white, 2 cloves minced garlic, 1/2 tsp. basil leaves, 1 tsp. oregano. Bring to boil. Add 1/2 box thin noodles. Cook until noodles are done. Add 2 cans white kidney beans. |
