2 c. flour
1 1/2 c. sugar
1/2 lb. of butter, melted
1/4 c. unsweetened cocoa
1 c. cola
1/2 c. buttermilk
2 eggs, beaten
1 tsp. baking soda
1 tsp. vanilla extract
1 1/2 c. miniature marshmallows

Oven at 350 degrees. Grease and flour a 9 x 13 pan. In a large mixing bowl combine flour and sugar. Set aside. Into the pan of melted butter, add the cocoa and cola. Stir. Add this mixture to the flour and sugar mixture, stirring well. Add buttermilk, eggs, baking soda, and vanilla. Fold in the miniature marshmallows. Pour into prepared pan. Bake 30 to 35 minutes. Frost or serve with whipped cream or ice cream.
