CHICKEN KELLY 
2 pkg. boneless, skinned chicken
1 1/4 lb. muenster cheese, sliced
1 qt. fresh mushrooms
1 can chicken broth

Cut chicken into nugget sizes. Bread and fry in oil. Drain on cookie sheet, covered with paper towels.

Cut up mushrooms and place in roasting pan. Tear cheese into pieces and place in pan. Place drained chicken on top and add the chicken broth. Bake at 325 degrees for about 20 minutes and until cheese is melted.
