BEEF-CORN CASSEROLE 
1 lb. lean ground beef
3 tbsp. butter
Salt to taste
1 c. uncooked rice
1 c. whole kernel corn
1/2 c. chopped onions
1/2 c. minced green peppers
1 tbsp. Worcestershire
1 tsp. prepared mustard
1 tsp. sugar
1/2 tsp. paprika
2 c. cooked tomatoes
1/2 c. buttered bread crumbs
1/2 c. chopped pimiento
3 slices bacon

Lightly brown meat in butter. Add salt to taste. Remove beef from skillet and place into a greased 2 quart casserole dish. Add rice, corn, onions, peppers, and mix well. Combine Worcestershire sauce, mustard, sugar, paprika and tomatoes. Pour tomato mixture over beef mixture. Top with remaining ingredients. Bake, uncovered at 350 degrees for 30 to 40 minutes. Serves 6.
