BEEF BAR-B-QUE 
2 tbsp. butter
1 onion
1/2 c. celery
1 lb. ground beef or ground turkey
2 tbsp. Worcestershire sauce
3/4 c. water
1/4 tsp. pepper
2 tbsp. brown sugar
2 tbsp. lemon juice
1 c. ketchup
1 clove garlic
1 1/2 tsp. vinegar

Saute onion and celery in butter until tender. Place in saucepan. Brown meat and drain. Add to onion and celery. Add remaining ingredients. Bring to boil. Lower heat and simmer about 20 minutes. Serve on rolls.
