LEMONY SPINACH FLORENTINE | |
2 (10 oz.) pkg. frozen, chopped spinach, cooked and well drained 3 c. cooked spiral or elbow macaroni 1/2 c. shredded cheddar cheese 1 can condensed cream of mushroom soup 3 eggs, well beaten 1/3 c. onion, finely chopped 1 lemon, grated fine and juice 1/2 tsp. celery salt 1/4 tsp. pepper Combine all ingredients well; pour into shallow 1 1/2 quart baking dish. Bake at 350 degrees for 30 minutes. Serves 6-8. |
