BANANA FRENCH TOAST 
2 eggs
1 banana
1 tsp. cinnamon
3 slices bread

Combine first three ingredients in a blender or food processor. Blend until well mixed and smooth. Pour in shallow bowl. Dip bread in and turn over to coat both sides. Cook in large skillet or griddle lightly coated with butter until browned on both sides. (Does not even need syrup because of natural sweetness of bananas.)
