LEFTOVER HAM CASSEROLE 
1 (7 oz.) pkg. macaroni, cooked and strained
1/2 c. milk
1 can condensed cream of mushroom soup
1 c. dairy sour cream
2 tsp. prepared mustard
1 green onion, chopped
1/8 tsp. pepper
2 c. diced cooked ham
1/4 c. slivered almonds

Combine all ingredients in buttered 2-quart casserole. Bake at 350 degrees for 20 minutes.

Excellent. I did add a can of mushrooms and it was great. Later with leftovers, I steamed some broccoli and mixed into warmed leftovers. VERY good.

It was OK. Probably won't make it again. I added some sharp cheddar to the top which added some flavor.

Good starter recipe to use leftover ham. However, to liven it up, I added herbs (dried rosemary, sage, thyme, lavender). 8oz sliced mushrooms and chopped asparagus. To make it lower fat, I used 1% milk, healthy choice soup, and fat free Greek yogurt instead of sour cream.
