JANET'S GLAZED PORK CHOPS 
6 thick pork chops, trimmed of fat
2/3 c. brown sugar
1 tsp. paprika
1 tsp. sage
1 tsp. dry mustard
1/2 tsp. salt or seasoned salt

Place pork chops in shallow pan. Do not overlap. Combine sugar, paprika, sage, mustard and salt. Spread evenly over chops. Bake 45 minutes at 300 degrees. Turn chops over. Baste with sauce and bake 15 minutes longer. Very good and easy. Good with baked potatoes or sweet potatoes, crisp salad.
