1/2 c. oil
1 1/2 c. sugar
2 eggs
2 c. flour
1/2 tsp. salt
1/2 tsp. cinnamon
1 1/2 tsp. baking soda
3 tbsp. cocoa
2 c. applesauce

Cream oil, sugar and eggs. Mix together flour, salt, cinnamon, soda and cocoa. Add alternately with applesauce to creamed mixture. Place in 9"x13" pan. Bake at 350 degrees for 30 minutes. Top with 2 tablespoons sugar, 1/2 cup chocolate chips and 1/2 cup nuts.
