MICROWAVE PECAN RUM PIE 
1/4 c. butter
1 1/2 c. pecan halves
1 c. brown sugar
1/2 c. light corn syrup
3 eggs, slightly beaten
1 tsp. rum flavoring
1 (9") baked pie shell in microwave dish

Place butter in 2 quart casserole or measuring cup. Use cook cycle and cook 1 minute or until melted. Blend in nuts, sugar, corn syrup, eggs and rum. Pour into pie shell.

Use cook cycle and cook 12-13 minutes or until center is set. Cool to room temperature before serving.

Since microwave ovens vary in power, you may need to adjust your cooking time.
