PERFECTLY EASY FISH 
1 c. garlic and onion croutons
1/8 c. Parmesan cheese
Melted butter
4 fish fillets

Crush croutons and mix in Parmesan cheese. Dip fish fillets in butter, then dip in crouton mixture. Place on cookie sheet. Drizzle any leftover butter on top of fish and sprinkle with a little more crouton mixture. Bake at 400 degrees for 15 to 20 minutes. If fillets are large, more croutons may be needed.
