PUMPKIN BREAD 
3 1/2 c. flour
2 tsp. baking soda
3 tsp. cinnamon
1/2 tsp. ginger
4 eggs
2 c. pumpkin (#303 can)
3 c. sugar
3 tsp. nutmeg
1 c. Wesson oil
2/3 c. water
1 1/2 tsp. salt

Sift dry ingredients together, stir in oil, water, eggs and pumpkin. Pour into greased and floured loaf pan. Bake 1 hour at 300 degrees. Makes 2 large or 3 small loaves.
