CHICKEN PIE 
2 c. cooked chicken, cubed
1/2 c. cooked carrots and peas or one sm. can each
2 tbsp. Wesson oil
2 c. chicken broth
2 tbsp. chopped onion, cooked
1/4 c. flour
1 tsp. salt
Pepper

Heat oven to 450 degrees. Mix chicken and vegetables in baking dish and put Wesson oil and flour in saucepan. Add broth and boil until thickened. Pour over chicken and vegetables. Top with crust and bake 20 minutes.

CRUST:

1 c. sifted flour
1/4 c. Wesson oil
1/8 tsp. sage
1/2 tsp. salt
1/8 c. milk

Mix flour and salt - pour oil and milk in measuring cup (do not stir). Add all at once to flour, stir and roll between wax paper.
