BAKED PANKO HALIBUT 
Delicious! Melts in the mouth!

2-4 fillets halibut (total weight 1 lb.)
mayonnaise (Hellmann's or Best Foods)
Panko bread crumbs
4 tbsp. (1/2 stick) butter (cut into pats)
salt and pepper, to taste
juice of 1 lemon

Preheat oven to 400°F.

Coat fish with lemon juice then mayonnaise (top side only); placed coated side down on a plate filled with Panko crumbs. Put crumbs on sides too.

Placed fish in aluminum foil lined glass baking dish, crumb side up. Season with salt and pepper. Add pats of butter on top of fish.

Bake at 400°F for 14 to 18 minutes (or until crumbs brown).

Serves 4.
