JAPANESE PIES 
2 sticks butter
2 c. sugar
4 eggs
1 tsp. vanilla
1 tbsp. vinegar
1 c. coconut
1 c. pecans
1 c. raisins
2 unbaked pie shells

Mix and pour into the pie shells. Bake at 350 degrees about 50 minutes. Makes 2 pies.
