3-4 eggs, beaten 1/4 c. flour 1/2 c. cooked diced pork, ham, or chicken, shrimp, or crab 1/2 sm. chopped onion 1/2 lb. cooked bean sprouts 2-3 scallions, chopped Dash of black pepper 1/2 tsp. MSG Oil for frying Mix ingredients and immediately fry mixture in well greased hot wok until golden brown on both sides. Makes 3-4 thick "pancakes". GRAVY: 1 c. chicken broth 1 tsp. sugar 2 tsp. MSG 1-2 tsp. soy sauce 1 tsp. cornstarch Cook until thick. |
