SOUR CREAM POTATOES 
1/2 c. celery, sliced
1/2 c. onions, chopped
1/2 c. butter
2 (8 oz.) cartons sour cream
2 c. cheddar cheese, grated
2 lbs. frozen hash browns
1 can cream of celery soup
1 c. buttered bread crumbs

Saute celery and onions in butter until clear in color. Add sour cream, cheese, hash browns and cream of celery soup. Place in buttered 9"x13" baking dish. Top with bread crumbs and bake 1 hour at 375 degrees.
