BARBEQUED BRISKET 
4 to 5 lbs. brisket or roast
1 tsp. onion salt
1 tsp. celery salt
1 tsp. garlic salt
1/2 to 3 1/2 oz. bottle liquid smoke
1 c. barbeque sauce

Mix all seasonings except barbeque sauce. Spread on both sides of meat. Marinate overnight, turning once. Bake at 275 degrees for five hours. Serve with barbeque sauce.
