OKLAHOMA BARBECUE BRISKET | |
Beef brisket Garlic salt Onion salt Woody's Barbecue Sauce (or your favorite) Celery salt Liquid Smoke Worcestershire sauce Trim as much fat as possible off meat. Season with garlic salt, onion salt, celery salt and liquid smoke. Wrap in foil and marinate overnight in refrigerator. Pour off excess liquid smoke and sprinkle with Worcestershire sauce. Bake at 250 degrees for 6 hours. Remove from oven and cover with Woody's Barbecue Sauce. Bake 1 hour longer. Remove from oven and let cool several minutes. Slice crossgrain. |
