BARBEQUED BRISKET | |
5 to 6 lb. brisket, trimmed 1 tsp. celery salt 1 tsp. onion salt 2 tbsp. Worcestershire sauce BARBEQUE SAUCE: 1/2 c. butter 2 med. onions, chopped 1 tbsp. Worcestershire sauce 1/2 c. brown sugar 1/2 c. white sugar 1 c. water 2 c. ketchup 1/2 c. vinegar 4 tsp. dry mustard Wrap in heavy foil. Bake in 250 degree oven for eight hours. Let cool, remove fat and slice. Place in 9 x 12 baking dish and cover with barbeque sauce. Bake at 350 degrees for one hour. Directions for barbeque sauce: Place ingredients in sauce pan and bring to a boil. Cook for five minutes. |
