LOW CHOLESTEROL SUGAR COOKIES 
1 c. butter
1 1/2 c. confectioners' sugar
1/4 c. Egg Beaters
1 tsp. vanilla
1/2 tsp. almond extract
2 1/2 c. flour, all-purpose
1 tsp. baking soda
1 tsp. cream of tartar
Sugar, granulated, as needed

1. Mix thoroughly butter, confectioners' sugar, Egg Beaters, vanilla and extract.

2. Blend in flour, soda and cream of tartar.

3. Chill 2 to 3 hours.

4. Heat oven to 350 degrees.

5. Roll dough into small balls, about large teaspoon, press down on cookie sheet with a glass bottom dipped in granulated sugar to flatten.

6. Bake about 10 minutes or until light brown on edge.

1 cookie = 50 calories. 0 cholesterol.
