BEAN AND FRANKFURTER BAKE 
2 (14 oz.) cans butter beans, drained
1/2 c. chopped onion
1 clove minced garlic
2 tbsp. oil
1 (8 oz.) can tomato sauce
1/4 c. brown sugar
2 tsp. lemon juice
1 tsp. dry mustard
1 tsp. salt
2 tsp. Worcestershire sauce
2 tsp. catsup
5 frankfurters

Place drained beans in 1 to 1 1/2 quart baking dish. Saute onion and garlic in oil and add to beans. Add remaining ingredients and mix well. Score frankfurters and place over top. Bake at 350 degrees for 45-50 minutes. Serves 5.
