ALL AMERICAN BEAN BAKE 
1 lb. frankfurters, sliced thin
3/4 c. chopped onion
1 1/2 tsp. butter
1 1/2 tsp. dry mustard
1 tsp. allspice
1/4 tsp. pepper
1 (16 oz.) can B&M Brick Oven baked beans
1/3 c. catsup
2 tbsp. brown sugar
6 oz. Cheddar cheese, shredded

Preheat oven to 350°F. In skillet, lightly brown sliced frankfurters with onion, butter, mustard, allspice and pepper, mixing well. Pour beans into a baking dish. Add catsup and brown sugar; mix well. Spread evenly over bottom of baking dish. Layer frankfurters over the beans. Top with cheese.

Bake for 30 minutes.

Serves 6.
