YAM-TOWN 
3 c. sweet potatoes, mashed
2 eggs, beaten
1/2 c. milk
1 c. sugar
3/4 stick butter, melted
1 tsp. vanilla
1 c. coconut
1/2 tsp. salt
1 tsp. cinnamon

Mix all ingredients and pour into Pyrex dish.

TOPPING:

1/3 c. butter, melted
1 c. pecans, chopped
1 c. light brown sugar
1/3 c. self-rising flour

Mix together in bowl until crumbly. Sprinkle over potatoes and bake at 350 degrees for 40 minutes or until top turns golden brown.
