JELLO FRUIT SALAD 
1 (16 oz.) container Cool Whip
1 (32 oz.) pkg. sm. curd cottage cheese
1 (6 oz.) pkg. dry Jello (orange, lime or lemon)
2 (15 oz.) cans of mandarin orange slices
2 (20 oz.) cans of pineapple tidbits
1 pkg. shredded coconut

Drain orange slices and pineapple tidbits. Mix together Cool Whip, cottage cheese, coconut and dry Jello. Add drained oranges and pineapple. Mix well and refrigerate for a few hours or overnight. Serves 20 to 25.
