CRANBERRY FRUIT SALAD 
2 c. fresh cranberries
1 lg. orange
1/2 c. orange peeling (grated)
1 red apple, diced
1/2 c. chopped pecans
1 c. celery, diced
1 lg. pkg. sweetened raspberry Jello (6 oz.)
1 1/2 c. water
1 1/2 c. sugar

Chop cranberries in food chopper or blender, cut up orange pieces, apple, nuts and celery. Add sugar, combine gelatin and water. Stir well until dissolved. Cool until partly set. Add fruit and nuts. Chill until firm. Use 13"x9" dish. (Freeze cranberries before chopping, this prevents mushing.)
