CRANBERRY CREAM SALAD 
1 1/2 c. sm. marshmallows
10-12 oz. ground fresh cranberries
1 sm. can crushed pineapple
1/2 c. sugar
Sm. pkg. raspberry Jello
1 c. boiling water
1 pt. whipping cream
1/2 c. sugar
1 c. chopped pecans

Combine marshmallows, cranberries, pineapple and 1/2 cup sugar. Refrigerate overnight. Dissolve Jello in boiling water. Let stand in refrigerator until syrupy. Whip cream and 1/2 cup sugar. Fold in Jello. Stir in nuts and cranberry mixture. Refrigerate until set.
