FRUIT SALAD 
1 lg. pkg. orange Jello
2 c. hot water
1 sm. can mandarin oranges
1 lg. can crushed pineapple, plus juice
1 sm. can frozen orange juice

Mix Jello with 2 cups hot water, stir in undiluted orange juice. Add oranges and pineapple. Pour in 13 x 11 dish. Refrigerate until set. Put on topping.

TOPPING:

1 pkg. instant lemon pudding mixed with 1 c. milk

Beat until slightly firm. Beat 1/2 pint whipping cream or Dream Whip. Spread on salad.
