HAM DIVAN 
2 pkgs. frozen or fresh broccoli/asparagus
1 cup grated Cheddar cheese
8 slices thin cooked ham
2 c. medium white sauce, adding 1 tbsp. mustard:
2 tsp. Worcestershire
Beaten egg yolk (or egg substitute)
1/2 c. mayonnaise
1/4 c. light cream or evaporated milk add to sauce mixture after cooked.

Cook vegetables just until tender, arrange in bottom of greased 8 x 11 baking dish. Sprinkle on 1/2 cup of cheese, then ham slices, then sauce and sprinkle with remaining cheese. Just before serving time, broil about 5 minutes until cheese is brown and sauce is bubbly.
