2 cans French style green beans
1 can fried onion rings
1 can water chestnuts
1 sm. jar Cheez Whiz
1 sm. jar mushrooms
1 can cream of mushroom soup

Mix beans, chestnuts, Cheez Whiz, mushrooms and soup. Pour in oblong baking dish and top with fried onions. Bake until onions begin to brown.
