SAUSAGE CASSEROLE 
1 lb. sausage (hot improves the flavor)
1 onion, chopped
1 green pepper, chopped
1 sm. can mushroom pieces
1 can cream style corn
1 can chicken with rice, undiluted
1 pkg. egg noodles
1/2 lb. shredded cheese

Saute sausage until cooked; drain. Add onion and pepper. Cook until tender. Add mushrooms, corn and undiluted soup. Simmer while noodles cooking. Drain noodles and add grated cheese and stir until noodles are coated with melted cheese. Add meat mixture to noodles and cheese. Put in a large casserole. Bake at 350 degrees for 3 minutes.
