ANGEL MALLOW ICING 
1/2 c. sugar
2 egg whites, room temperature
2 c. marshmallow cream (7 oz.) jar
1/2 tsp. vanilla
2 tbsp. water

Combine sugar, egg whites and water in top of double boiler beat over boiling water until soft peaks form. Add marshmallow cream beat until stiff peaks form. Remove from heat add vanilla.
